Sudden cardiac arrest does not wait for an ambulance. In this half-day, hands-on class you will practice adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief on training manikins with an experienced EPECARE instructor beside you — not watching a video.
The course is built for people with no medical background: parents, coaches, teachers, caregivers, front-desk staff, and workplace responders. You will leave with a two-year Heartsaver certification card and, more importantly, the confidence to start compressions instead of waiting for someone else to.
