EPECARE’s Instructor Development / Instructor Academy expands access to lifesaving education by developing instructors from within the communities we serve.

Participants receive structured instructor preparation, mentorship, hands-on practice, teach-back opportunities, and ongoing support as they develop the skills and confidence necessary to educate others.

This has become an important part of our work locally. In addition to directly training community members, we are developing instructors who can return to their own organizations and neighborhoods and continue teaching others—creating a multiplier effect and building sustainable preparedness capacity.
